Marsa Al Seef is a huge new tourist, leisure and retail district currently under construction in Bur Dubai. Located alongside Dubai Creek it runs for approximately two kilometres and features a mix of shops, market stalls, hotels and promenades covering a total built up area of 2.5 million square feet and houses close to 500 shopping and dining concepts. The destination has three hotels with a total of 550 rooms, each of which have been equipped with Akatherm’s dBlue Acoustic drainage system.
